Is it clue to run portals with legendary gems early I mean like lvl 50-55 ?

Do u get still gg gems out of it ?

yep spend money at level 1 spend money at paragorn 800 its all the same

I would do them as early as possible to take advantage of the clear speed increases you will get from them.
