dude after i watched an hour livestream of a guy spending $500 USD to get minor upgrades i said no thanks

im not even going to dl it

People on here pretend that f2p can compete with paid players

I watched the 45 minute video yesterday and he made such a good point

All gacha games have a 10 pull loot box system. To comply with certain laws (ie get around) activision crests to buff rifts using 10 at a time. Since you can technically "fail" the rift ( even though you get crests back) it isn’t classified as a loot box.

The way activision has been able to convince people ( although only a very small portion ) that this game isn’t P2P is insane

It's not even that.

You can EARN legendary crests to put into rifts.

They look the same as Eternal legendary crests.

The only difference is in the small print.

You can only trade the gems you get from the eternal crests you can buy with cash.

The ones you earn in game are soulbound gems that you cannot trade with others.

That's hilarious 🤣
