Honestly, if you look at it in a different perspective, it keeps people from harming themselves by inevitably "no lifing" their gameplay into starving themselves, proper hygeine, etc. I know this is a positive way to look at it and it may not be what someone wants to hear, but I actually encourage this. Imagine the people who stay up 30 hours to play a game, non stop? Just to imagine it. They exist. There has been many cases kids (possibly adults too) actually died playing TOO much. This is nothing but healthy to me. The amount of time to obtain ALL of these caps, even in a day, would be some SERIOUS time into it already. I'd rather there be a cap than not, because it would now force people to be so competitive that they feel the need to play the game for 3 days straight without eating, staying hydrated properly (water, not sodas or caffeine) and even sleeping. I was a 14 year old one time and o boy do I remember a time I sat down at a computer for 12 hours a day playing a game. This was a smart choice and tbh this kind of cap off is implemented in ALOT of games that people are just unaware of.
