:cry: Hey guys, a friend of mine downloaded :cry:

diablo immortal yesterday

and we played it.

Today he says he can't play Diablo Immortal

because the play-button is greyed and It show game unplayable.

He also has the problem that he cannot connect to his Battlenet account on his mobile phone

Does anyone know a solution.

did he tried uninstall it and not installed it again might fix issue :(

Reinstall game again from begining.

Also check if he dont have samsung mobile version that
cant play immortal atm.

The PC version is in beta so it's likely to have some issues.

I see gray Play button very often. Just restart battle.net app or launch the game directly:
"X:\...\Diablo Immortal\Engine\Binaries\Win64\DiabloImmortal.exe" -launcherlogin --dx11 --sound-api=wwise --start=Python -uid anbs

turn off the antivirus for 10 min and it will work

need to do it each time getting into the game

d2 got many bugs
