I was wondering how the trading system works.

Is possible to buy Legendary Items / Legendary Gems With Fg Or Is Trading Similar to Diablo 3 except there's no Trading Timer before Item is Account Bound / Character Bound Locked?

Also looking at the WoW section will score your more Bnet balance (selling back tokens) then purchasing bnet gift cards.
