Anyone else experiancing random crash?

Kinda annoing when yoy turn in bounty and all the loot will disappear when you crash and relog (the chest with gold is still there if you don't open it)
-I found that if you stand all still till all loot has dropped the crash rate is lower

But also when you you just complete a quest in the main story.

Playing on a old Iphone 7 (might just be the problem? it handle the game pretty well tho)

Well I haven’t tryed it before . But the random crashes I have. 2 times in the same challenge rift… So annoying. I’m on iPhone 13 pro max. So 7 isn’t the problem

I think the loot you miss goes to your mail or automatically to your inventory.

e/ this is the case for some legendary items and random gems I have missed but I'm not sure if it's 100%.
