Trying to fill in my Legacy of the Horadrum

Level 60 wizard, already got 3 of the gem things.

Next one im trying to get is Ancient Nightmare.

I've read all the post, all the guides, seen all the videos...

Everything says he spawns in Mount Zavain, and walks around the center circle of the zone where the alters are.

Everything says he spawns every 2 hours between 8am - midnight server time.

I was there at 8am & 10am this morning, flying around the circle, counter clockwise (opposite his path for fastest approach)

Walk around in circles for 10 minutes and havent seen him. Hes huge, you cant miss him, and hes not exactly a quick kill so i doubt anyone has downed him in 30 seconds before i completed the round.

What am i missing? I am doing this on normal because in videos i see level 47s doing it, and they cant be in hell or father.

There is notification saying when it spawns but i saw like 61hours+...

It’s spawn is wednesdays and fridays only I believe

Everything ive read/watched says he spawns from 8am - midnight, every day, ever two hours, on the dot
8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, 10pm, 12am.

I was there at 8, 10, 12, 2, and 4 today, no countdown, no spawn, nothing.
