Should I get Legendary Crest or Crests w/ Hilts?

e/ some1 also not to use them until 60. is that true?

From what I've gathered, it doesn't matter when you use the crests. The crests are basically loot boxes except you have to complete a rift to open them and get the candy inside. A legendary crest guarantees a legendary gem. The other crests guarantee runes and stuff that you can use for crafting but I am still figuring that part out.

Hour more grinding tell level 60 and i did a few legendary crestwhich dropped ranked 2 at low levels so it doesnt matter

I would get Legendary Crests when possible. Normal crests are good for early gem crafting, but my understanding is that Legendary Gems being found will be a lot more economical than having to craft them with runes.

Since 3+ star gems can't be crafted except through RNG with runes, you're forced into using Legendary Crests to find them reliably.

Well, you have a 1 month limit for a Legendary Crest, so I'd say buy that, and regular crests each day. No point buying the random item because you will find plenty of those over time.

Any time and if you're active you're welcome to join my Warband. I been pushing for active members lately and I logged out yesterday at roughly 50% towards Warband camp done. Something like 4900\10000 monsters. That will be complete hopefully within a few days. Than I am currently selling off all basic gems to market to get the platinum needed to start my own Clan. I'll be pushing for active members soon. For now I was just letting people here and there to complete the story line. Eventually I want to have a 8 member Warband that is very active regularly so we can do Raids
