eternium i started playing again last night
still has mtx,but done in a way you get alot for a few bucks and also know what you are getting
tried immortal but huge size along with basiclly diablo 3,and lootbox style mtx and game stability issues
one was made by a small company that i had low expectations and was surpised
other was made by huge company and because of recent years had low expectations, but they reassured us it would be geared towards F2P then shove mtx down our throat's

havnt tried anima myself so cant say

I thought it was good, apart from that it was too easy to find items, and short... also got bored of it, mainly cause of excessive drops cause my build just plowed through everything like nothing for maybe 4-5 difficulties so and it wasn't slowing down... A bit short story, few areas & a bit too easy...

If one makes derp builds maybe..anyway, very good attempt of a d2-like game imo. I played a ranged build...

Eternium i thought seemed alright but i played it less than anima so i can't really say.

Good spell cast system with the patterns, but early on it was already so repetitive that didn't matter much anyways, perhaps later on if you got like 12-20+ different patterns to cast spells with? Or if a purer form gave more damage or something.. Idk. But it didn't catch my interest like old d2 did.

Immortal i haven't tried yet... Idk what else decent similar titles there are so.. but anima scratched the d2 itch when i got the idea to play d2...

Able to make interesting builds in eternium and combo stuff
The dungeons are a bit repetitive but d2 is chaos 1000 times lol
It's got a pc beta on steam
It's quite interesting

Played Anima a wile back, have a level 200 something wizard. Haven't played in a long time, it was a decent single player gring but was always missing a decent multi player platform
