Yes there is, you can buy/sell Gems, Runes and Skill Stones at the marketplace (auction house)

However, there's no face to face trading or trading via ingame mail, ONLY via marketplace

yes buy something shitty high price by being confirme by the owner of the item and boom voila a trading system way.
