The focus of your thread should have been that blizzard paid sites to post articles in defense of their game.

the company spent 12 years making d3 (they had teasers/gameplay out in the 2003-2005 range even)
and it was how good on release?

diablo II was just perfect; everything after should only lead you to expect the worst

even a remaster would literally destroy the community by fracturing it yet again.

if diablo 4 got announced along with diablo immortal there would be no backlash at all. it would be this like side thing but since people expect real games from blizzard it pissed everybody off tthat it seems like diablo is now going mobile instead of getting a real game. they probably have d4 in the works and didnt think the same way fans do
