Help Send Blizzard a message about hidden Hard Caps (Super Shady Blizzard!!!)...

HARD CAPPED BATTLE PASS incursions on people's accounts due to lack of communication. (Level 43 BP)

Thank you for contacting us about refunding the Collector's Empowered BattlePass, that is no problem at all!
I have now registered a refund request for the amount of $ 4,99 USD and we are proceeding with the necessary checks and verifications.
Refunds can take up to 24 hours to be processed internally. After that it will be up to your selected payment institution to return the money into your account, which can take a few days, 2 to 3 weeks at most. If you feel like it's taking too long, please get in contact with your bank to find out more.
Please note that the refund for the Empowered BattlePass will not remove any rewards you already claimed, but it will remove the ability to claim any further ones.
You will also not be able to buy this BattlePass again, so the rewards you did not claim will not be available to you again.

1. Detailed information:
I purchased the Empowered Battle Pass with the assumption I would be able to use it to the fullest. Today, I encountered a 'Hard Cap' that was not made aware to me at the time of purchase and I am vehemently against this kind of hidden cap... Especially as a player who grinds games for XP and points.
2. Request:
Full $4.99 refund and for Blizzard to leave in place any current rewards due to the lack of communication of a 'Hard Cap' of accumulating Battle Pass points.
3. Conclusion:
I will quit the game completely and will NOT purchase Diablo IV or anything Blizzard relation and will firmly give up on the Diablo Franchise after 22 years of being a huge fan. You have fallen so far Blizzard. Please fulfill my request in Paragraph 2 to avoid this.
