I expect immortal to bring in a good bit. This game power level is directly linked to money spent so there's a good chance we're going to end up seeing ultra whales.
The thing is a lot of these companies, and also fanboys get it wrong. They think that getting a lot of money from fewer players is more profitable than getting a bit of money from many players. What would you rather have A customer who spends 10 000$ in total or 1000 customers who spend 10$ consistently? And sooner or later more and more people will realise how toxic and shitty this game is and there won't be as many people playing it as there would have been if the game was actually good and worth playing. And if it was a good quality project where actually millions and millions of players play it for years to come, the majority of the money would come from the masses that spend bits, not from the fewer whales.
It's like many other business models around the world.
You have brands like Lamborghini that sell cars from $300,000 to $1,500,000+ and make about $1,5 billion in revenue in one year.
Then you have brands like Opel, who sell cars for $10,000-15,000 on average and make $15-20 billion in revenue in one year.
Gues, who is selling more? The one that is more affordable to a broader audience.
And like I said before, the problem with Immoral is that its crap, so it's not even worth it for the masses to spend money on it over a long period of time. Soon other games like PoE mobile will come out and others to follow will improve on Immoral's mistakes and it will completely die with time.
