It Costs $110k To Fully Gear-up In Diablo Immortal - Topic

The 10k spent and 10% warn had me wondering if my phone was glitching it was repeated so much lol...

The game p2w or pay for a slight advantage aside, the reviews alone of the micro transactions and leveling walls on the way to 60/battle pass or limited play is massive for turning away players.

I played beta, saw it clearly tops out as set to be pay for advantage/p2w which I found to be a huge turn off.

Buuuut there's literally no other phone games I've found to be enjoyable lately sooo downloading it now and gonna just enjoy it for what it is. D2, d1 weren't that much different, the enjoyable aspect was face rolling huge groups etc and it was monotonous as hell to most people looking in. Play it or don't, pay or don't - I don't see anyone say blizz is still good or the same great set of devs, we all know they have lost credibility and are trying to cash in on nostalgic IP.

I'm only paragon 5 right now, and you are right DI isn't that bad, however, don't be beholden to it just because there is no other mobile games. Mobile gaming is cancer especially in the context of aRPGs. The touch screen and controller are inherently at a disadvantage compared to precision mouse movement and a full sized keyboard. It encourages lazy gaming, and in this case, P2W predatory gaming too.

I've never understood why people are so addicted to their phones, they even want to spend hours gaming on it too. Our time is invaluable, why choose to have it it decay away with a sub-bar gaming experience. I'll betcha doing cow runs on an old 840x640 monitor with earthlink internet is still better.

I went in and played maybe 3 games because my warband and clan were needing things done and I went mvp all 3 games. People taking screenshots of the 20+ kills while everyone else in the 5s and whatever immediately assuming "omg that guy p2w. Hes way too good". Haven't spent a penny and here you go:
