Hmmm I played it for the lore and just beat skarn. Which I actually enjoyed quite a bit and it was decently fun.

Was going to check out hell since I'm about lvl 60 guess I'll save my time and invest it elsewhere if the p2w is that bad, while I dont mind grinding if it worth it and it fun but doesnt seem to be in this case in this game.

Necro is god tier in pvp boss you should re-evaluate your layout. Focus less on the "pvp" suggestion that bnet gave you and think more along the lines of what is viable.

I'm easily pulling 15+ K/D with a pretty high win rate seeing as I'm a solo q member.

Necros worst enemy is a Monk easily locks us down slaps us around.

I suggest the following legendries.
Mirrorictus (Helm giving skelly archers)
Ziroco (Shoulders Skele mage + 10% damage)
Desolatoria (Weapon Fire golem)
Parting Gift (Chest Gives bone armor 5 charger of immunity to all damage)
Grave Bulkwark (Pants Bone Armor +30% Duration)
Welcome End (Offhand Gives you the GRIM REAPER > Skele mages)

It is all about Synergy and at this stage everyone is still VERY new to the game so you can take advantage of the Whales by out playing them.
Learn the strengths and weaknesses of your opponents and as a Necro you should never have a problem in 1v1s.

Skills
Command Skeletons
Command Golem
Skeletal Mage
Bone Armor

I took your suggestion and modified it based on what I have, and how the mechanics work in this buggy game.

Instead of using Grim Reaper and Golem, I use normal Mages and Dark Curse with frenzy. Then I play as a defensive missile turret, where I can then boost the speed of my archers by commanding them to a location, but then I boost their speed on top of that by cursing the area with the Mage for an additional 40% boost. My Archers and Mages are then Machine Gun Turrets that can do crazy damage, though it's a lot about zoning and backline support since the Mage and Archers are fragile.

I would drop mages, but the Curse does not let me target the Archers by themselves since the game does not recognize them as minions for whatever reason. I have to have a basic minion, like a Bone Golem, normal Skeleton, or normal Mage in order for my minions to receive the buff.

It's an improvement, and I have gotten a few kills. Still, a very backline roll until they can fix the summon minion mechanic.
