how is asking a simple question "confronting"? no idea if he is a non-native, and it really makes no difference.
was just wondering what he meant by "studying on university".

like I said, is he studying on the roof? or is he studying on how universities are established?

you're ridicuing someone for his broken English. that's pointless enough on its own, no matter if he's a native speaker on not.
if you've got a hard time deciphering what ''studying on university'' means, you've likely got some issues of your own to tend to.

so again, what's the point? you're not doing it for him, you're doing it for your own kicks. but what sort of a lowlife gets his kicks from ridiculing others?
