I just sent them a ticket about the battle point hard cap I'm encountering. Not threatening them with all that and I don't want to be refunded but its putting a damper in my hilts gains. Just asking if was an intentional update the few days ago or if my account was effected by a glitch. Either way, dont care about the exp. They can cap that. I want my battle point progression.

No the mission was to create an addictive casino like advertisement which would generate as much money as possible.

Are you new to mobile gaming? EVERY big mobile game has been revolved around a gacha system. Usually in the system of purchasing "energy" to continue to do adventures. All of these games I've played mobile in the last 2 years and they are all gacha based:

Gems of War
Days After
Runescape

All are great games but all are playable without spending money. You have the option to purchase "gems" or "keys" to gamble on a randomized reward system that benefits you 10 fold vs. a free player.

Days After you can prob find some nasty reviews as the game is SUPER grindy to just stay geared as your gear damages and is destroyed. At this point I'm forced to grind low level crap slowly and painfully because I don't have strong enough gear to fight the stuff I should be. This game "p2w" is 10x worse than Diablo Immortal.

I've played gacha games now for about 6 years and haven't seen a single model that limits you as much as Diablo immortal does. Even with those titles, just because they are doing it means Activision has to? What's so bad about it is that they decided to make it a part of the Diablo franchise. I thought it was dead after they released d3 but this only corrected me. I have 0 hope for d4 because of this ad.

To further elaborate, I was in a top 10 guild on epic seven where I had guild mates spending 15k a month. He was considered a dolphin. There was a guy named code that had spent over a million before the game hit a year.

Your definition of whale most likely is referring to dolphins it minnows.

There is much more content than just PVP.

Also, there's a guy on my server rated #1 for Battlegrounds AND #1 in Challenge rifts. This guy is F2p. So unless, by some crazy coincidence, our server ONLY has f2p and no whales, I wonder how that happened?

Game is great. The seriously need to fix the Orbs for power system. I don't think anyone would disagree on that. The grind is fun, espeically with clan mates and new people I've met. I love getting XP and finding cool items. (I HATE HARDCAPS THO)

Still, the biggest problem with me is how they try to elevate the rich in a world where it's already like that. I just see things in a bigger picture I guess, which is why I issued a refund for the battle pass. -- to send a message
