Monk is OK, Mage does pretty well at least as a support role (better than Necro for sure), and Necro just sucks all around. Gonna ditch this class next go around.
Necro is god tier in pvp boss you should re-evaluate your layout. Focus less on the "pvp" suggestion that bnet gave you and think more along the lines of what is viable.
I'm easily pulling 15+ K/D with a pretty high win rate seeing as I'm a solo q member.
Necros worst enemy is a Monk easily locks us down slaps us around.
I suggest the following legendries.
Mirrorictus (Helm giving skelly archers)
Ziroco (Shoulders Skele mage + 10% damage)
Desolatoria (Weapon Fire golem)
Parting Gift (Chest Gives bone armor 5 charger of immunity to all damage)
Grave Bulkwark (Pants Bone Armor +30% Duration)
Welcome End (Offhand Gives you the GRIM REAPER > Skele mages)
It is all about Synergy and at this stage everyone is still VERY new to the game so you can take advantage of the Whales by out playing them.
Learn the strengths and weaknesses of your opponents and as a Necro you should never have a problem in 1v1s.
