Necro is god tier in pvp boss you should re-evaluate your layout. Focus less on the "pvp" suggestion that bnet gave you and think more along the lines of what is viable.

I'm easily pulling 15+ K/D with a pretty high win rate seeing as I'm a solo q member.

Necros worst enemy is a Monk easily locks us down slaps us around.

I suggest the following legendries.
Mirrorictus (Helm giving skelly archers)
Ziroco (Shoulders Skele mage + 10% damage)
Desolatoria (Weapon Fire golem)
Parting Gift (Chest Gives bone armor 5 charger of immunity to all damage)
Grave Bulkwark (Pants Bone Armor +30% Duration)
Welcome End (Offhand Gives you the GRIM REAPER > Skele mages)

It is all about Synergy and at this stage everyone is still VERY new to the game so you can take advantage of the Whales by out playing them.
Learn the strengths and weaknesses of your opponents and as a Necro you should never have a problem in 1v1s.

I can try a pure summon layout, as I have most of what you have, but the issue really is that the char needs to really have their ducks in the row, whereas other chars can just throw something in with dps for the same thing. And even then I don't see how this set up becomes top tier. That feels like a gross exaggeration unless you're miles ahead in Resonance and Paragon Levels.

The consistent top performers are as follows:

Horse, Gun, Barb as an equal trio
Monk for stun and single target
Mage for support dps, slows

Then Necro which sucks at everything else other than to support the rest (and it still sucks). If you're in a guild based PvP where you can group up behind a few front line then sure you can have some use.

I have the two set pieces with extra Summon Damage, I have the gem with Summon Duration, Legendary Gem with Damage per Summons, charm with Skeleton damage, Helm for Archers, Weapon that let's me turn my Skeleton into a big Whirlwind Barb. I will give it a try, but I'm suspecting that a half function Demon Hunter will be better.

DHs are a very hard hitter but what they lack is the hybrid of DPS and Support. With bone armor you are adding a "oh shit" layer to your team making them invincible for 5 hits giving them time to retreat and heal. Your summons are enough chaos to distract 2-3 players. Also they will consume the barb pull and the Horse pull instead of taking in a player.

Monks imo are NUTS if you happen o reroll specifically for pvp Monk would be a solid choice.

And see that former point is where I'm coming from. In an organized team like for a Guild, a vision dimming, slow inducing, shield bearing support class works fantastic. You've got 7 other hard hitters to do the work, might as well be the crowd controller. Then the one Nec you should have can stay back. In random queue like most people do, if you've got 2 or more necs and they've got a bunch of horses and immortal swirling tanks and Simone Biles, you're gonna lose.

In the grand scheme of things, PvP is set up where you'll ultimately dominate in the end by sheer brute force (hence Pay2Win), and with Necro you've got trash single target with minimal effect on crowd control that a Sorc or mine laying Demon Hunter couldn't do themselves + more. Whoever put Nec as A Tier for PvP is an idiot; it's literally the worst class.

if you play it, play it and enjoy it, if you wanna spend money, spend your money and enjoy it

but the game is diablo 3 mobile, what more needs to be said

Some people are enjoying it, just like others enjoy the Diablo II bot reboot.

On that note, necro is annoying as hell in battleground. That bone wall spam cc is crazy considering nobody else has anything close to the same for cc.

I use frost arrows on my volley (can’t remember name), flame arrow multi shot and starting saving mods for vengeance CD to essence into other gear
As I like being the point and click meat grinder.

Demon Hunters literally jump over Bonewall. Otherwise Mages just freeze the area, the bone spire are literally all better options. Pretty sure DH also has mines or something similar that are better.

The only exception are the small chokes where you have to precisely get it right, otherwise 2 of the 3 charges are needed to block a path, and even then it lasts 5 seconds. Necro is annoying, but they suck.

Is bone wall the pillar stun? That’s the one I mean…I’m a DH but if I get clipped by a good necro with that and someone follows up, I’m hurtin.

Barbs only immortal for like 6 seconds during our second wind skill, keeps us from dying for that duration and giving us 30% dmg back as health. When I do get countered though its by cc chains or a ton of healing debuffs, when you see a barb glowing red hes in that second wind stage just stun him and wait him out then he will be screwed. Our biggest advantage is jumping into groups of enemies like a dummy and spinning and applying our bleeds and poisons (if you have the poison gem too) on top of damaging with whirlwind/charge. Necro is one of the classes I keep an eye out for because they really make it annoying to do all that
