Everyone has an opinion on what p2w is. A lot of different opinions. I have had a d2jsp account since 2005, and I have bought $10 worth of fg. If I trade anything I found I’m still considered p2w in some people’s eyes. I think most people are afraid of the gap between whale’s and f2p. Because they want another Diablo game, but not if they can’t somewhat compete in what they enjoy doing versus someone that spends money. Honestly I don’t think anyone knows what that gap is cept what’s on paper. Nothing is proven yet because the game just released, everything is obtainable without paying so there is a chance. (Doesn’t sound good on paper, but there is a “chance”) I mean how many f2p users have 9x 45 life skillers? You can still compete with not perfect items… it’s just how big is the gap really?? I wanna know

People who don't pay and still win in PvP are the true bad asses. P2W is lame because it's a game and once you spend money you effectively cheated the game (and in all reality cheated yourself too).

Didn't have high hopes for this mobile ripoff of the Diablo franchise, but figure I'll give it a shot. This video, though, makes me even less enthusiastic about this game than the simple "mobile" factor already had.



D2r is not P2W in particular. It took me a day of playing the new season to be able to solo hell baal runs without issue, farm nearly any location. And just a touch of help from friends, and suddenly a torch and anni is pretty easy too.

Trading in D2 isn't to make it so you're fast or competitive. It's to take you that extra notch, where instead of being able to simply solo at a fast rate or even have another person MF while you're experience seeking, but to instead put you in a position where you're seeking to solo baal/chaos in 8 player games for maximized xp gains. And even that isn't really necessary.

"Being competitive" doesn't require any trading. Used to, but rune drops were upped enough it's just not that much of a problem. The only real issue is if you're pushing for that very last 5% that having absolutely perfect of absolutely every item gives you. And honestly, what's the point?

Edit: I've reread your post and thought about it for a bit. While you quoted someone who said they don't understand people who say D2r is p2w, it's just D2 with better graphics. Upon examination, I believe you quoted them by mistake and your entire post was about Diablo Immortal. Strange thing to quote, given your response.

Its just play when you find free time and nothing else to do or you simply just want to play, its Mobile game and i play it mostly in bed before sleep thats all atm

I play also World Of Tanks on Mobile
And its greatest Tank game tho..

Copy diablo2 game when you did this 20 years already and enough.

But ppl again do this,

It cant be comparable with Mobile,
you hold in hand many time and you can easy play anywhere when you find anytime for fun.
