This is correct.

I thought it states that cosmetics do NOT transfer classes. Once bound to the class you'd have to re aquire.

And to top it, class change cost $0. "Gatcha" doesn't. I mean seriously why come here making a topic complaining. When will people just go cry themselves to sleep in quiet? I'm still a bit confused -

So, are cosmetic sets bound to the class, not the character itself? Meaning if I created 3 Crusaders, would each have the cosmetic set?

Who did you write for your refund?

That is the question. I think that it is class character bound - if you get what I mean. But I really don’t know it.

I actually did this by mistake.

Here was my experience.

First char crusader, played until lvl 43 them said fk it i wanna actually attempt this game with like $20.00. I bought the first cosmetics with whats left over from battle pass.

I did not delete my first crusader but i did start another and got to lvl 12 them realized wait i dont have my cosmetics on my new crusader so i went to town and tried to put them on.

Blizz showed me with red dots how to get to the shop and buy the cosmetics for the same class again.

TLDR every single purchase is for that character only end of story.
