Just to let you know, there is no pay wall. You can grind all the way to lvl 60 as a free player. You can also keep grinding as a free player. The $ you spend will only, and It is only going to speed up the grinding. Like lost ark - play a lot, get the rewards ;)

and then you join a game with a whale who is more powerful not because of their skill and knowledge about the game, but because of mommy's credit card

that's a good way to increase replayability
