well I tried it and the only thing I can really say is I would rather play d3 if I had to choose between the two. The game is just extremely mediocre, the story is so badly written and just re-using assets with ridiculous back story's to bring them back *cough* King Leoric. I wouldn't even mind paying some money for an enjoyable game but this game is so boring.

This is just clearly a shitty low effort mobile game then just throw on a diablo skin with d3 assets and then just poorly port it to PC to boot.

didn't even bother, but its targeting casual for money. look through some stream over on twitch, dont look too bad for a mobile game. and certainly have a workable launch vs that of diablo 3.
