yeah, i was hoping it would be something decent to burn time at work or whatever but its literally the same generic setup as any other dungeon crawler. not my cup of tea by any means. i tried it and super meh. D2 > D3 and literally any Diablo > immortals. big sadge

So its like losk ark? Where gears are basically free, upgrading is p2w?

How I understand it at the moment is that you find yes, gear is relatively easy to find (though I think getting Legendary items with all the right combinations and sockets takes effort and time), but the gems are where the real grind takes place. Upgrading items also takes effort too, since you're constantly going to the blacksmith and breaking down your drops to upgrade your pieces.

I'm leveled at 42 right now, and the cap is currently 60, so it's not like you can't progress even with the most basic gear. I will reserve my final judgement to the game to when I cap my level and see how the grind is from there. I'm not even sure how necessary it is to having all level 10 gems.

Honestly I feel a big reason the game is getting so much Jsp hate is because of the lack of trading. We all know how many people are on here for nothing other than to sweat the release to try to capitalize as much FG as possible.
