They're incredibly out of touch with their own franchise and their core audience.

Would help if they just bothered to play a couple minutes of their own fucking games :rofl: . Every time I restart the ladder, I always get to reminisce on things like Cruel Zbugs, 08 items, PVP, how stupid hammerdins are, Starcraft Broodwar, PC Gaming, D3 AH, PoE, etc etc.
