Diablo 4 is released and it isn't what the cry babies want.

It will become these cry babies full time job to hop between crying on D4 threads to DI threads. What will you guys do?! How can you possibly manage that much time in your day to patrol both sections of the forum?

Thank God when D4 is released. You'll find something better to do than sit here and complain, passively, about why you're so broke. Ah yes. Please come 5v1 me with your "Game is dead" comments. Can't wait for server merges. Guarantee DI will gain momentum in the future and can't wait to see you kiddos that cried so hard join the game so we can absolutely destroy you.

By the way, just because 5 of you post on random threads "game is dead" doesn't make it true. The game is more than thriving. You just wouldn't know because you don't play.

O yea, expect no free trade as well. No, not that it will cost to trade but there will NEVER be an open trade system like D2 again. Never. You might as well cry about it now because all the negative feedback on DI is only for one reason: The inability to milk the RWT market from it. So, prepare for the worst. I can't wait to see what people will say when it isn't "P2W". What you gonna call it when you can't trade?

i think its safe to assume that D4 will be just as shit as any other diablo game they've released over the last decade
the sad fact is these incompetent fucks actually dont know how to make a game fun

if there is free trade then it will be pay to win
would rather have account bound items and no trade tbh
i know thats not ideal but its alot better than p2w
personally i think its a good decision on their part but i guarantee it'll be followed by a thousand more bad decisions that ruin the game

I mean if you want the open trade system, D2R has an exceptionally fresh RWT market to milk right now. They won't make a free trade system in D4. Things will never be like D2 again. So many games are trying to stop the RWT because of their corporate greed. They don't want you to be able to generate money off their virtual product. Why would they want $100,000,000 circulated through player trades when they can net the $100,000,000 into their own pockets? With DI generating so much money, they'll never go another route now. Perhaps to make the consumer happy with not having so much "P2W" they will now just turn it into a LOL system where they sell skins only. It will still have all the backlash because in reality the real issue is that people can't "Trade 2 Win".

Video game companies realized that the black market selling in game items was generating more profit and revenue than selling the game itself.

With that being said, D4 has more problems than just the no trade aspect. But that’s a huge one. Considering itemization is what drives games like this.

It will just be a lot of micro transaction skin etc bullshit.

I've spent thousands of dollars on LOL skins and I haven't touched the game in like 4 years. I have spent maybe $50 TOPS on DI, to date. I do plan to spend more, but "winning" isn't on my highest caliber of priority. Dropping $50,000 on the game to be "good" doesn't do anything for my ego. Now, I do hit the gym 6-7 days a week because at least that I have something to show for IRL.
I feel bad for people who drop thousands on DI. Honestly. I am not here to encourage any of that behavior as honestly, paying to win is far from fair to people who just want to play the game casually. Those kind of people probably need the boost in their ego because they have real life issues to deal with. I'm good out here, lol. Being top #1 competitively online is not something I care about. Reality is, somewhere, someone is better than you, always.

I still stand on the fact that D2jsp doesn't warrant a 100% "skill based" fairness when you come here to spend 30k fg on a build of top tier godly items vs the lower end paying player. The same argument will be "but if the lower paying player is more 'Skilled' than he can effectively win". The same concept can apply to anything else. I've sat there and used a passive cc kiting method to vs high paying players in the battleground and beaten them 1v1. It was players that chased me all the way to the outer parts of the arena while everyone was pushing objectives. I kept kiting them and killed them with a 100% 1v1. They spent easily 200x more than I did. Take that for how you guys want. Don't care if anyone believes me. It happened whether anyone wants to believe it. Just because people "trade" with a forum gold currency doesn't make it any less "pay" to win. Also, I've played D2 a VERY long time. Back when dueling was the most competitive it has ever been. I have NEVER once seen a 3k fg build beat a 30k fg build. EVER. And the reality is that D2 is so dead, noone cares to drop 30k into it anymore nor will someone do it just to prove it again. I lived those days. It didn't happen. So speaking on a dead game saying "my 3k could beat 30k because im so good" is as an empty comment as everything else being said. It will never be challenged because nobody cares anymore.

D2jsp is still "Pay to win" but if you wanna be tecnical, it's "T2W" or "Trade to Win". It falls under the exact criteria and i will die on that hill.

30k druid. Take your hammer din and lmk. I've played way too long to try to sell me anything. Clearly both of you dont have nearly enough time in d2 to comprehend. Im convinced both of your combined hours in d2 doesnt touch half of mine. I've seen trash standard hammerdins built try to face godly geared necros or druids. Its literally a 1% chance you're gonna come out victorious on one kill.
For christ's sake. Where are people who have 20 years in d2 and can actually vouche what I'm trying to say? 2015 and 2018 join dates. I'm literally talking to kids who arent even as old as the years I've played d2. I forgot. When I was your age I thought I knew everything too. Where are some actual old heads in d2 that were in the days when dueling was an actual thing? Over 20 years NEVER EVER has a build like that hammerdin stood even 0.00001% chance to kill a godly built druid, necro, ww barb, or sorc. Never. Put 30k on ANY of those you will not even scratch 10% before they absolutely melt you 1 hit. Please.
