Yeah this is a lot worse than other mobile games. Obviously the goal of mobile games is to lock people behind a paywall (which this game is very good at). But most mobile "games" aren't defended like this one. The monetization is acknowledges and then they start buying.
For some reason people pretent that you don't need to spend in this game. My only guess is that they consider it to be a Diablo game so they lie to help themselves. Really no idea.
It’s so intertwined together, the monetization and the game, that I cannot stop to wonder which came first. It feels like a monetization system at the core and some graphic fireworks build around it (the actual game).
I mean, I get it. Some people will just play through the campaign once or twice, not spend a dime and be happy with this experience. Good for them, for sure. If they had fun - why not?
I couldn’t because this game looks, and the skills and the classes are all soooo similar to D3… And I never liked that game either.
