So far I enjoyed my ride to lvl 60

The game story is catching and not boring, I enjoyed it so far


But


Why add these damn microtransactions which improve the quantity and quality of drop over non paying users?

The game classes, graphics and system overall is decent for a mobile game

And I never played a mobile game before so it kind of “conquered” me

But with this damn paywall in the endgame it is not enjoyable


I just wanted to share with you guys my personal thoughts,

If micro transactions added only cosmetic stuff there would be a reason for everyone to challenge ourselves and play constantly.

But with the crests and the quality and quantity improved with real money I’m just out of it after hitting lvl 60

It's BS, They should have just charged an upfront cost but they are going with subscription style Battle Passes with Several other Microtransactions. It's disgusting. Then people claim its not P2W, makes me feel like im with my covid-denying family again

It’s a mobile game. This is what they do

Thats how free to play monetization has worked for the past 5+ years. It's way more profitable than charging 20-60€ one time payment, It's a business.

It's a scam. Not a business. Just a way to get MORE money out of people via gambling + Perks over people who cant afford it.

Its not a scam, jesus. Its a spin off and a mobile game. You dont like it then dont play it but play the mainline entries instead.

Sure, creating a "Rich" gamer and a "poor" gamer isnt a scam. Let's just let the rich keep on winning and the underserved keep on having that subpar gear.
This is a massive step backwards for gaming.

So far i don’t consider this game a scam but rather a poor choice for the entire brand.

I’ll explain better : a brilliant choice economically for Blizzard/activision but a poor choice for the reputation of diablo
