I haven't had the chance to experience cooking for myself for a while. Don't know how many dishes there are that I haven't heard of, so post up any type of dish that you like!

What I don't like:

Tomatoes (raw)
Seafood

stir fry is easy, just need rice, steamed veggies, chicken optional, throw some general tso's sauce or something in there
low sauce to keep it low on sodium


pan steamed greens with eggs and cheese and wheat toast
very healthy meal and it's only breakfast if you subscribe to arbitrary tradition

KIDNEY BEANS
these are a miracle food, serve em with anyting

if you are craving something on a hot day that is good for you
cottage cheese with spinach and a few croutons
small pile of baby carrots on the side


can never go wrong with quinoa, it is super cheap and nourishing

not sure what type of meals you are going for, but here are a few cheap healthy ones to think about :)
