Here are some that I'm considering currently. If you have any experience with any of the ones listed, please share! I'm by no means set on getting one of these though, so I'm completely open to other options. If you have a knife at home/work that you love, please do tell!
Chef's Knife:
Wusthof Classic 8" ~ $130
210mm Misono UX10 Gyuto (Compliments of Creations for the recommendation) ~$180
180mm Tojiro DP Gyuto (Another one from Chase) ~ $55
Paring knife:
Wusthof Classic 3.5" paring knife ~ $40
Global 3" paring knife ~$30
Victorinox 3.5" Paring knife ~ $10
Bread Knife:
Wusthof classic 8" ~ $45
OXO Good grips 8" ~ $10

Thanks for the input!
These will be strictly for my at home use. I'm just looking for some nice knives for personal use.

for personal use if youre careful with your knives, victorianox should be more than good enough. no need to drop the dough on misono unless you really want to.

Also, just pointing out that it doesn't matter what knives you get, if you don't look after them they will become dull.
