It's always hard to google some decently priced dinners for a family of 8.

Anyone have some inexpensive ideas? Other than the usual like hamburgers, shake n bake pork chops.
Something with some flavor to it but nothing spicy!

I make this pretty often, even for smaller groups because the leftovers are still awesome.

I make a few changes, notably julienne baby cut carrots, add yellow pepper, I use almost a whole 8 cup bag of shredded mozzarella, and quadruple the garlic.

/e I should add, I am a subscriber to the notion that salad/vegetables are what food eats. That doesn't change the fact that this recipe is really good.

Thanks you two! They all sound delicious. It'll get me out of the cycle of having the same boring dinners.

Definitely trying these out. ;)
