So, with £15, I have to do a 2 course meal (main + dessert). I have dessert in my mind, but would appreciate some new cheap and delicious recipes.
Anyways, I'll tip 50 fg to someone, who gives me the best 2 course meal within £15 budget (ingredients has to be fresh and dish has to be something that fits restaurants).

Hamburger and fries always works

dunno how much £15 buys over there, but grilled stuff is always great. par-cook potatoes (nuke or boil) then cut in half, season, spray w oil and mark/crisp on grill. grill up some boneless dark chicken and grilled vegs. should still leave plenty £ left for dessert.
