i have a set of flavoured syrups, similar to this one:
how can i incorporate them into baked recipes? muffins, cupcakes, or whatever. my plan was to look for recipes with maple syrup and use these instead, but i thought i'd ask here for tips first.

This stuff is more to flavour coffees and drinks then to bake. Replacing this for maple syrup will def not work. I wouldnt really use them for baking...

They're more for flavor than sweetness so you can't just swap for maple which is sweet. It should hold up fine to being baked but you'll probably need a separate sweetener. Taste it to see how sweet it is. Adjust accordingly.
