i usually try to do stir fry but i dont know which kind is the best for it

At home, we usually use rump steak. It's usually lean, easy to cut into strips and it tastes great.

You can also use Sirloin, Tenderloin/Fillet, or Blade steak. Although, blade steak tends to be a bit on the tougher and blander side.

For stir fry usually you wanna go for tender pieces, but not too lean so it doesnt dry out too much, like sirloin, ribeye, flank, flat iron (top blade)... also it's fine to use lesser quality beef for stir fries (like usda select) especially if your gonna marinate it.
