It took about 2 weeks to prepare it.. It's delicious, light, airy, has a slightly sweet taste and a beautiful sour afterbite...


I let my 2nd loaf cook a little longer to give a darker color, I'll post that later.

did you save some of your starter? to let it grow to make more :)

Better believe it. Feeding it one last time and putting it in the fridge for weekly feedings

I need to learn how to make good bread. One of my weaker areas when it comes to baking.

mostly but its also knowing how the dough should feel so you konw when to stop kneading etc.

Im not there yet.. Was the nice thing about this loaf, all I did with it was fold it a few times.. I feel that I knead the majority of my dough too much.
