Just discovered the joys of baking bread... My grandma taught me, she was taught from her mother in Florence, Italy. So without further Adu, my first take at artisan bread..

It's delicious! Cut a few pieces nice and thick and left them out tonight, going to make French Toast tomorrow morning.

this was a no-knead bread i made a bit ago. with an edible seasoned olive oil tealight.

It was pretty great..

Next weekend, i'm going to try my hands at making Sourdough. I've heard its difficult to do "I live near the ocean" because of the altitude.

Challah Bread turned out great.. Wife braided one, I did one and a turban roll.. Take a guess which is mine, haha...


Next week I'll be doing a whole wheat baguette.
