Needing ideas for easy to make and or cheap to buy food for breakfast and lunch when I'm usually on the go and only have my lunch box and no device around to hear my food.

Must be:
Healthy (nothing too extreme but better than fast food)
Able to eat while driving or on 30 min lunch break
Able to be eaten with no cooking device
Eating utensils are option able
Made from scratch unless it's simple like just straight strawberrys.
Something that can be made or saved in bulk
Hopefully something that won't break the bank buying.
I prefer organic and real food (yeah I know that goes against breaking the bank part but it doesn't need to be organic but if you suggest bread as an example I would want an actual good lost of bread and not Sara Lee garbage)
Something that will give me the energy and nutrients to build muscle and perform through my physical job.
This isn't a must but if it didn't need to be kept cold that would be a bonus. I take a lunch box to work and only throw in frozen water bottles which I drink so often by lunch there is only one half frozen bottle left.

Foods I won't eat: mushrooms

Examples of what I'm looking for; homemade healthy granola bars that I could make in bulk and freeze.

Goal: lose weight and gain muscle (naturally not body building) and have enough energy to do a minimum of 8 of super physical work.

Thanks in advance!

Pre-make hard boil eggs. Take salad with you and put some in it. Along with onions, cheese, or whatever your taste buds want. Unless you don't want to cook anything.
