Hey So this is my recipe for Stuffed Jalapeno's
I use all fresh Ingredients
18 Raw Fresh Jalapenos'
6 Raw Habanero peppers
6 Jalapeno's (For Stuffing)
6 Habanero Peppper (For Stuffing)
1LB Cooked Pulled Pork (Smokey BBQ with Louisana Hot Sauce)
1/2 LB Of Raw Bacon
8oz Pine Apple Juice
1/3 Cup of Molassos
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Preheat Oven 280 Degrees

Okay Soo I take the Cooked Pulled Pork, 6 Jalapeno's 1Tbsp of Orange Zest 6 Habenero's And put them all together in a Food Processor. Blend till all ingredients Mixed throughly
After all 4 Ingredients are mixed together U can Start Stuffing each Jalapeno. ( Put about 1/3 - 1/4 of a Cup of Stuffing in each Jalapeno)
After all 12 Jalapeno are Stuffed. Wrap Each Jalapeno with 2 strips of Bacon (Raw). Now (This is Opitional) You can Either Cook In a Baking Bag or Just put em all together in a Baking Pan and cover with Foil.
You Add the 8oz of Pineapple Juice 1/3 Cup Molassos and 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (In Either Pan or Bag which ever u Choose).
And Cook in the Oven at 280 Degrees for 2hours Or untill Tendor.
Note: Mixture you have used in the Pan/Bag You can Add 1tbsp at a time of Potato Flower or Cornstarch to thinken up broth to use as a Gravy (Sweet/Slaty Gravy)

Why would you use a food processor for ur meat? You want nice pieces of pork, not baby food. Chop with a knife. Also 2 hours in the oven? lol? If u want a pile of mush yeah sure. Jalapeno are small and will cook fast.

not if its cooked covered with raw bacon wrapped around em.


(i wouldnt do em that way tho, id either smoke em or just cook open so the bacon browns nicely.)
