So short story, my girlfriend and I really like sushis and we prepare some maybe once/2weeks.

We use regular nori sheets.

- goberge (or wtv it's called in english)
- smoked salmon
- salmon
- sometimes trout and smoked trout
- Palourdes ( sorry can't remember english name )

- Cucumber
- french onions
- mangos
- strawberries
- raspberries
- apples
- sometimes watermelon
- avocado

- philladelphia cheese
- sesame

I would like opinion and help on how to mix thoses in proportion in order to get even better tastes.

We normally try to put more of each ingredients in order to have 3-4 ingredients per sushi and still have a good size.

maybe try making some tempura is really easy to do, shrimp, crab, salmon, anything can get fried really in any type of oil,, or make tempura flakes the crunch is nice on top

unagi is fresh water eel its tasty u can find at any local oriental food store

also eel sauce/siracha are great, spicy mayo is good too (mix mayo tobasco siracha kimchi)

mix spicy mayo with crab to make dynamite put scoops on top of rolls, pretty bomb B)

also for your rice (use sushi rice and ALWAYS wash it in a strainer a few times to get starch off before u cook) make sure after u cook u are adding a little mirin to it (mix some salt and sugar into the mirin)
