Okay So i just bought a 32oz Boneless Sirloin and 2lbs of Asparagus I just need one more item to go with Dinner

I Have Potatos / Pasta I can hand make. i just need a sauce or White cheese sauce.

I also could use some ideas on how to cook my steak.

Sautee and grill the asparagus and steak on low heat.
I would prefer potatoes over the pasta.

cook the steak in the oven at 200 til it reaches desired temp. remove and sear in pan.
