ive got coconut flour, almond meal/flour , rice flour , and flax "egg"/flour, olive oil, garlic/herbs, but i do not know what ratio's to mix the powder's xD can't find anything

Um salt sugar Water yeast High gluten flour
I only know 50 lb patch Should be an easy giIiiiggiggle

these were only ingredients for the dough at the pizza shop I used to manage. It was a pretty good crust, maybe slightly sweet.
Not sure on the gluten content of the flour or the exact ratio's though.... this was year's ago.
