Been making some great calzones lately with this dough I found at the store, tastes really good but these things almost always open up while cooking, i've tried pressing with a fork and that doesnt work, i've tried rolling them up a little and that got my best results but doesnt always work anyone know some sort of spell for this?

brush the edges with a bit of liquid before sealing. usually egg, water, or a mix of them is used.
