Cooking salmon for the girlfriend tonight, and I'm looking at making something along the lines of a sweet glaze, sweet chili, or delicious cream sauce with it.

Anyone know of decent recipes that do not require a whole lot of ingredients? Most of what I find require too many ingredients that I do not feel like buying at the moment.

Here is an example of a direction I am aiming

I use magic salmon seasoning and about a tsp of butter spread over the fish filet per 8 oz and sprinkle brown sugar on it. I lay it skin down in aluminum foil and surround the rest of the foil with sliced red pepper and onion. Bake it then broil it for 2 minutes at the end. Perfecto.

This may sound odd, but... mayo, pepper, onion, lemon. Trust me on this one. Put your mayo down, the pepper that sucker, put on some sliced onion, then add sliced lemon to the top. Pop that shit in the oven inside of some foil... and bam, some delicious salmon.

But really though, the result is awesome. But this is almost certainly too late anyway.

I'll have to try those. I eat anything, so I'm not afraid to venture.
