350 sounds good but make sure the center of the meat is at least 160 degrees! :)

also the breading sounds like it would be delicious! :D

i would add the breading before putting it in the oven personally but you can also add the breading half way through the cooking process if you're worried about burning the breading! ^_^

sounds like large boneless breasts. skinless too i presume?

if theyre not butterflied (cut in half to make em thinner) do that and then bread em after marinating. after breading dip quickly into oil then cook 350 in oven ~10-12 mins til done.

I personally wouldn't marinade it. I really like soaking meats like chicken and pork in a brine for hours. It gives it nice flavor, and helps keep the meat moist and tender when you cook it. I would brine it, pan sear it and finish them in the oven after basting them with the bbq.

The brine that I made is 2 quarts of cold water, 2 tbsp kosher salt, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 garlic cloves, fresh thyme, peppercorns. Let that hang out for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

You could put some garlic, beer, thyme, and orange juice in the bbq sauce. Just salt/pepper the chicken, sear each side, put some bbq sauce on them and finish them off in the oven. B)
