These cookies are requested every year by my family. They've become a tradition and are always a huge hit at work and parties.

Ingredients:
Honey Graham Crackers
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Sweetened Coconut
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Walnuts
Butter

Directions:
Melt around 1/3 to 1/2 a stick of butter on the bottom of pan. This will depend on your pan size. Spread evenly around pan.
Lay Graham Crackers on the bottom of pan as is. Break them as necessary to fit the entire pan
Lay the Semi-Sweet chocolate chips on top of the Graham crackers. I usually just have a single row of them. You can put more if you are a chocolate lover.
Lay Sweetened Coconut on top of the chocolate chips. Put amount as desired.
Lay walnuts on top of the coconut.
Slowly drizzle 1/2 to 1 can of the sweetened condensed milk on top of the layer until everything is covered.

Bake the cookies at around 325-350 degree farenheit for around 25 minutes. The goal is to melt the chocolate and get the coconut/walnuts to have a bit of a crunch.

That's it. They are really simply to make but extremely tasty. I've done this recipe with a mixture butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, andes mint chips, chocolate graham crackers, etc. There is a lot of variety you can work with.

7 Layer Bars

1.5 c  graham cracker crumbs (145g)
3 T granulated sugar
? c butter or margarine (1 stick)
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 oz flaked coconut
1 c chopped pecans
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Preheat oven to 350.

spray 9x13 glass dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Melt butter in bottom of a 9x13 glass (Pyrex) casserole dish (easiest way is to put this in the oven while it preheats).

In a small bowl, mix sugar and graham cracker crumbs. mix with melted butter. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of pan to form a crust.

Sprinkle evenly the chocolate chips, coconut and pecans on top of crust.

Pour over all the Eagle Brand Milk, drizzling slowly to get as even a distribution as possible.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until edges begin to brown.  Refridgerate, then cut into bars.
