if i buy juice from the store (some freshly squeezed like OJ, others from concentrate like apple) and boil it down, will the water evaporate and everything else stays there? so it'll taste twice as strong/sweet? then i can put it in the fridge after.

if u take juice do it in cycles of 6-8 weeks or ur balls will shrink loads, trust me

Yes it will become stronger, sweeter, more acidic... but will change the taste as well... wouldnt recommend to drink.. for culinary preparation though its good.
