Roast hokaido pumpking
some onions in pumpkin oil
deglaze with stock and adding cream and salt
reducing
puree it
i think of serving it in a pumpkin head and sticking some gambas into the closed lid.
put some pumkin oil on top of the soup.
serving it with some roasted baguette
not sure if i add red beet to make the soup go red and let it look like blood? maybe it will rathe go brown and i think that may not look anything fancy.
ideas?
