Please get that logo image fixed. I would also add a <title> to the head of the page so that "Home" isn't boringly displayed at the homepage.

firstly, this is a cooking forum, not a spam forum.

second, just for kicks i took a peek at one recipe - the maple salmon. while the marinade sounds pretty good, holy crap talk about overcooked fish. 20 minutes at 400 for a single piece of fish?? death valley will have more moisture by the time that thing is done...
