So I'm on a healthy kick with my wife, trying to lose my big belly and bewbs.

So I make an omelet every morning, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, some parm cheese, salt, pepper, green peppers and tomatoes. It's extremely bland tasting, what's a good way to make this yummier and easier for me to choke down?

more salt, more butter, but unfortunately not necessarily more healthy.

although if you watch your macros and nutrient intake everyday, coupled with exercise, you may lose weight without having to subject your mouth to bland food.

also, it should be asked if you even like omelets...

I love omelets, especially with cheese and bacon and all sorts of veggies.
I'm making an attempt at going on a sort of "diet" and going to get back to a gym to get in shape.
It's not only about losing weight, I want to be a "healthier" person overall, not stuffing my face all the time with fats, oils, etc.

I'm going to have to try and put some time into figuring out a diet that works for me if I'm going to make this work. Right now it consists of omelets, Caesar salads with light Caesar dressing, romaine, and chicken. Whole wheat flat breads with flax with veggies and chicken. Protein bars, and "vitality" bars.

Fresh herbs are always a nice addition to an omelet. You could also add some turkey or chicken or something.

Add cheese.

I assume you're white. So you must like cheese.

i vote you eat whatever food you enjoy, but less of it. if you wanna add more cheese and bacon, then go for it. just reduce your daily caloric intake by 500 cals.

Now, this is just 1 documentary, but from the extensive research that I've been doing on 'diets' it is accurate and effective.
You don't need to throw out the Egg Yolks for goodness sake.

4 whole egg
some parm cheese
salt, pepper
green peppers
tomatoes

Add something with some kick, such as red onions, pickled foods (onions, sauerkraut, etc).

Cook it in butter.
