1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
add vanilla if u desire (i do)

mix it up, toss on a cookie sheet @ 350 for about 8-10 minutes

surprisingly good cookies.

dont think i ever ate kraft pb tbh. grew up eating skippy, then i started eating aldi brand. now i just eat almond butter.

on that note, would this recipe work for almond butter?

I found if you add 2 eggs the cookies are less flat and a little moister
