I am looking for a good buffalo or hot sauce that i can buy in a store. My girl doesnt like them super hot, so looking for something with a kick but good flavor. I make chicken wings every sunday and usually have one of the guys bring some buffalo sauce from Burgerking or i take Franks red hot and add 2-3 tbs of butter and about an eighth of cup of ranch to it and simmer about 10 minutes. Anyone know of any good sauces?

pretty spicy. stir it into melted butter with a bit of lemon you'd have a non-traditional buffalo sauce that would also look good on you for making it

with wings, I find Franks hard to beat if you are looking for things you can get at the store (doesn't seem that spicy to mean)..i like adding butter and garlic to the sauce as well though
sorry that isn't a whole lot more helpful than what you've already got going
